Singing Bowl Meditation

Count-In

This meditaion can be done with a question in mind for example 'What shall I do next? or 'Why am I so angry?' or just purely to relax yourself.

Run and/or other body movement. You may already have a an exercise routine yoga or I recommend dancing or any of the Osho active meditaions. in which you can release energy and be able to sit for 20 to 30 minutes.

Sit comfortably.

Strike your bowl 3 times and on the last strike sit straight back sitting or kneeling

Sit or kneel with your back straight.

Count 10 Observe what you are thinking. Say to yourself I am thinking such and such.

Count 9 Strike the bowl one time. Divert your attention to your body what are you hearing, feeling your breath whatever it takes to move your attention to away from your thoughts.

Count 8. Change your attention to your thoughts. Observe what you are thinking. Say to yourself I am thinking such and such.

Count 7. Again,strike the bowl one time and divert your attention to your body what are you hearing, feeling your breath whatever it takes to move your attention to away from your thoughts.

Continue this count in until '0' Ask yourself What you feeling? Allow your attention to move naturally between thoughts and body.

Strike the bowl 3 times and on the last strike as the sound has completely disappeared lie down. Obseve what you are feeling and thoughts.
